General terms and conditions (GTC) for permanent make-up treatments and training:

 

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all permanent make-up treatments and training courses booked with us.

 

2. Booking and payment

You can book a permanent make-up treatment or training via our website or by telephone. Payment is made by bank transfer (training), Twint or cash (treatments). If payment is incomplete, the training will not take place/postponed and any expenses will be borne by the student.

 

3. Making an appointment and canceling treatments

The appointment is made after consultation and is binding. A cancellation or postponement of the appointment is possible up to 48 hours before the appointment at the latest. In the event of short-term cancellations, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the treatment costs.

4. Conditions of participation in training courses

Participation in our training courses does not require any prior knowledge of permanent make-up. The number of participants is limited or 1:1 to ensure an individualto ensure care. Models for the model work are organized by the students. If a student could not find a model, we will try to use it. (without guarantee)

If the student is unable to attend the training, it is the responsibility of the student to provide a replacement. If you do not show up, the full amount of the training will be charged.

 

4. Liability

We are not liable for damage caused by improper application or care of permanent make-up. Each customer is responsible for the correct care and aftercare of the permanent make-up. Furthermore, we are not liable for false information provided by customers in our consent forms.

 

5. Data protection

We take data protection very seriously and treat all customer data confidentially. It will only be passed on to third parties with the express consent of the customer.

 

6. Place of jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction is the place where our company is based.

 

7. Severability clause

Should a provision of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The invalid provision is replaced by a regulation that comes closest to the economic meaning and purpose of the invalid provision.
